Would you like to submit a piece of art for display at the Anita Purves Nature Center this fall? Support is available through the Art Coop and the UP Center to help you get art supplies! This multimedia art show features a variety of local LGBTQIA+ youth artists from area middle schools and high schools. Art is a positive form of creative communication and self-expression, and a way for youth to share their unique and personal stories with others. We welcome you to experience their art, demonstrating that all people belong in nature and at the Urbana Park District. From September 26 – December 17, stop by anytime M-F 8am-5pm & Sat 9am-4pm. Admission is always free, and everyone is welcome.
